Jackpot and Tarasca Card in Season 01.

Hello Mythical Beings seekers! Season 01 of the collection begins on June 1 and will last until September 30. Thirty creatures from five continents are waiting to be discovered by the most intrepid adventurers in the NFT universe. Are you ready? In this post we explain the mechanics of the Jackpot and the distribution of Tarasca Cards during this first season.

As you already know, the total supply of cards is limited and unalterable for each card (although in each new season new creatures will appear to enrich the game), but the mechanics of the Jackpot and the distribution of the Tarasca Card will change.

Let’s talk about the Jackpot first. The collection time is divided into cycles. In this first season, each cycle lasts 3 and a half days, that is, we will have approximately two weekly cycles. Within each cycle, 50% of the ignis collected from the sale of cards and crafting fees is deposited in the smart-contract, and distributed among the winners of that cycle. And who are the winners of each cycle? Users who during that period of time complete the collection of cards and claim the prize. Remember that to claim the prize you must return a copy of each card to the smart-contract, and also remember that you can claim it at any time (you do not have to claim it as soon as you complete the collection).

With regard to the Tarasca Card, surely you know that this special card only has 250 copies, and each end of the cycle distributes 10% of the ignis collected among its holders, as dividends. During this Season01, 2 TCs will be distributed each cycle, among the winners of that period of time. They will be distributed by lottery, so that the more claims you have made in that cycle, the greater chances you will have of getting a TC, or even both.
